Good News | CCS Works Approval Granted! Domestic Alloy Netting Reinforces the Safety Shield for Deep-Sea “Blue Granary”

Recently, the alloy netting from Qingdao Haosail Machinery has successfully obtained the CCS Certificate of Works Approval issued by China Classification Society (Certificate No.: QD26PWA00058, valid until 2031‑09‑29).

💡 About CCS Works Approval: It goes far beyond simple sample testing. It is a rigorous full-process audit covering factory facilities, manufacturing procedures, raw materials and quality management systems, representing an authoritative qualification in the marine engineering sector.

Key specifications of the certified HSAN series alloy netting:

Core Vickers hardness ≥150 HV

In accordance with CCS Rules, netting intended for classed offshore installations may undergo on-site inspection by surveyors and obtain Marine Product Certificate. It satisfies the survey and acceptance requirements for deep-sea cages and offshore aquaculture platforms, solving the pain points of conventional netting: poor wind & wave resistance and non-compliance for official survey.
